1 on 1 Personal Training

One-on-One Personal Training offers premium, private coaching focused on perfecting technique and intensity through 60-minute sessions. Each client receives a bespoke training programme, nutritional guidance with specific macro targets, and regular reviews of lifts and body composition. Programmes are available in four, eight, or twelve-week blocks—providing three, six, or nine sessions—with the flexibility to add more as needed.

Hyrox Race Prep

Hyrox Race Prep provides a comprehensive weekly schedule balancing running intervals with functional strength. The programme focuses on station efficiency for movements like sleds and wall balls, alongside "compromised running" and full race simulations to mimic the exact race format. To ensure peak performance, it includes a dedicated strategy call for pacing and fuelling.

You can access this training through three tailored options: 1-on-1 Coaching for intensive floor-based support, Small Group sessions for doubles or relay teams, and Hybrid Coaching, which blends app-based programming with face-to-face technique drills and simulations at Carnegie.

Group Training

Group Training is designed for those who thrive on community spirit and collective energy.
