Having transitioned from a career as a performance athlete, he possesses a profound understanding of the physical and mental demands of elite sport. His coaching philosophy is shaped by his personal journey through four shoulder operations; this first-hand experience with rehabilitation drives his expertise in injury prevention and biomechanics, bridging the gap between everyday fitness and athletic longevity.
Currently advancing his credentials with Level 4 Weight Management, Exercise Referral, and Pre-Script qualifications, Cormac combines science-based programming with a genuine passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves.
